Who We Are Seeking

We are seeking an Law Program Specialist who is excited to take ownership of processes that support Grow By Three’s programs in connection with the legal field. Successful Law Program Specialists within our organization take pride in being extraordinarily dependable, strategizing approaches during brainstorming sessions, synthesizing legal concepts, and deploying strong spelling/grammar skills.  Proven skills in time management are necessary to be effective in this role.

Law students who have already studied torts, criminal law, and contract law, and excelled in those courses, would do well in this role. Interest in opportunities to develop the next generation of lawyers is a must. A dedicated commitment to research and writing is a major plus.

OUR NEEDS

Responsibilities will include:

  • meeting weekly deadlines;

  • developing a strong grasp of applicable curriculum;

  • supporting legal research and writing tasks as assigned;

  • preparing responses to participants’ questions based on program materials;

  • reviewing, updating, and managing Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheets containing high volumes of data;

  • attending live sessions on seven (7) specific Saturdays/Mondays throughout the year, and other sessions as discussed;

  • meeting with participants belonging to one or more of Grow By Three’s program(s) to provide insight regarding program topics;

  • participating in team meetings which foster the flow of information regarding concerns or issues related to applicable programs.

Grow By Three’s Law Program Specialist should view themselves as a proven, dependable, self-starter who is able to prioritize various tasks with comfort and intensive attention to detail. The ideal Law Program Specialist has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and is receptive to feedback in ways that demonstrate dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement. Adherence to very strict rules and security measures relating to confidentiality of information is required.

LOCATION, TIME COMMITMENT, and pAY RANGE

All work is completed remotely, and we are seeking a candidate who can dedicate up to ten (10) hours per week to the position. Pay for the position can range from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on success in courses like torts, criminal law, and contract law, and depth of experiences with research and writing.
